Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join a client's dynamic team in California. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries through calls and emails.
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
• Monitoring and maintaining customer records to ensure they are accurate and updated.
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapting to different customer situations and finding appropriate solutions.
• Ensuring all customer interactions align with the company's standards and policies.
• Providing feedback on customer interactions to help improve the overall customer service process.
• Maintaining a professional, patient, and polite attitude when interacting with customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish Required
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong planning, communication, and deadline management skills.
• Must have QuickBooks preferred
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Details

The position offers a fixed pay of $21.00 $23.00 per hour with minimal travel required, ensuring a stable and predictable work schedule.
